I cut way back on magazines. New ones anyway. I buy issues from the 60's of various car mags now when I see em'. I felt like I was spending too much money on em' that could make a difference somewhere else. (parts, tools, guitars etc.)

Occasionally I buy "Hot Rod Delux" and "Rod and Kulture" from the newstand, and I like "Automobile", but can't afford the cars in that one.

I'll also admit to occasionally reading my wife's "More", but don't tell anyone...

I have a bit of a magazine problem. I look for remotely interesting crap in each one as an excuse to get them.
But......most have gone to hell. I avoid any with a "Z" in the title. There are several I won't bother with but the really decent ones are few.

Hot Rod Deluxe (really is coming together)

Got to mention Garage since I think it really was decent but that thing is on the side of a milk carton somewhere.....

Bought an American Rodder mag once, found it to be absolute shit, and will never buy it again... Also, every Hot Rod magazine cover I've seen in the past year or so has had only muscle cars prominently displayed on their cover. How the fuck is a 2008 Mustang related to hot rodding?! http://www.hotrod.com/featuredvehicles/hrdp_0808_2008_ford_mustang_fr500s/index.html
