Art & Inspiration '57 Buick Specials : The car that started it all

Love these cars. 58s are pretty wild too. There's a nice '57 vert 4 sale on eBay right now. item #140266929801. Little over a day to go.

 

I love 'em too. Got a '55, but the 57's are a step up.

 

Yeah thats a real nice car the wires are a bit off though. Don't see these for sale very often but when you do. Mmm Mmm good.

Does any body know of any companies that make aftermarket parts for these?

 

Like what parts?

Engine stuff is easy... manifolds, pistons, ignition, etc.

there are no patch panels available (at least that are worth having), the rockers and floorboards that show up on ebay aren't even close.

 

'56's make for a cool Gasser! Someone should hack up a '57 too.

Panels, Trim, Bumpers, Bezels? Yeah good Luck, huh?

 

there re-pops of some of the lenses, but besides that not much...

 

Sounds like i need to start collecting parts.
