here's mine, and yep I'm a newb. gotta get over and intro myself. original paint and nothing special.
Here's a couple for ya(all). I started driving the Willys in High school, Had a 283 (vette) and a hydro then. Has a 400 /200R4 now. (I still have the 283/hydro, it's going in my 27 T). The Willys got a cheapo paint job and interior a few years back. The picture with all the boards was the way it looked the previous 40 years. It's the shop pick-um up. The Star is a '23. A friend and I did it a few years back. It used to be a CHP pick-up (!). It was in a museum in Germany last I heard.
Not sure of the owners' names, theyre some locals that I liked. That Stude is bad ass, and the guy who owns it is too kool, drives it freakin everywhere...NO BAGS!! Has to remove back fenders with zeus screws to change a tire
This is my '57 F-100, just had it a few weeks, as you can see... needs loads of work! It has a 289/C4 out of a Mustang, bucket seats swapped in, interior is under way. Next move is to mount 16" Lesters and get the stance right. Also going to be bolting on the front clip from a '58 F-100 and try to tuck the front bumper in. Just havin' a bunch of fun!
My 53 Merc. It used to be my dads when I was little, I bought it back from his friend that redid it several times. It is getting a T-rammaed 360 mopar/518 auto OD, a 52 Packard grill between the stock headlite buckets, gold flake on everything including the motor and a brown flake top. Yes the wheels are going bye bye.
LOST ANGEL, Nice truck. I really like it when people leave the fenders... even more when the entire hood is there too.
I have a 50 Dodge B1B ripped down to the frame. Disc brake kit upgrade but trying to figure out how to put in a dual chamber MC. Has the long block L6 237 with the "Spitfire Head" (looks cool but no better performance than stock). I am going tomorrow to find and S10 donor for a T5 and rear axle. I want a daily driver that is safe and fun. If the flathead blows up then it gets a Hemi! The picture is currently the coolest part of the whole truck....the hood ornament.
I know I've posted this a few times, and it really has zero modifications yet, but man..I love it, and I'm trying to fix it up to the way it *almost* was new, with dignity and respect to the fact that it was a farm truck for 59 years, and in the year I've had it and in the future I'll be adding things to it that I want: dual 94's, duals with smittys, blue dots, 3/4 cam, and a way cooler steering wheel. My next project will be a rod, but the Green Monster is what it is.
