hey was that other truck in the post in springfield, mo on tues???? i think i twisted my neck lookin at it. prety slick, me like um both. hr
That other truck in the pic is my friends stude-sled it was a build between me and him and his dad. This was my first build from the ground up I cant blame any body for anything that might go wrong but myself everything you see has been done by me in the last 8 months. But I dont think there will be any issues.
Interesting build. How long is that bed? Just curious- where's the rest of it? M-series fenders, decent side grilles & running boards are pretty easy to sell.
The bed is a ford, and I had added 4inches to the width and length. Sorry the cab was all I had to start with. Stude-sled and flamed58 helped me pull it out of a barn. The rest is history, well almost. My dad always told me it takes a real man to admit when he is wrong, and if you cant do that just lie.
I think it looks pretty good. Beats having the cab rotting in the barn. Besides, from what I can see, if you sold it in the future, someone could turn it back into a regular pick-up truck if they really wanted to. Its only metal! What kinda drivetrain are you running? Give us some specs.
Why, do you have x-ray vision? They don't look off seam or undercut or cold lapped (not bad enough to be scary anyway). What do you base you fear off of?
Zombo27.................. rodknocker DON'T need x-ray vision to see that some of those welds are questionable, Just look at the one on the steering shaft ,I would think that one would be a LITTLE scary..............
