  6. It is a Foose built car, it even has 55 chevy eyebrows on the fenders and a 55 dash. Typical Foose styling....... way cool.

Sorry to throw this off a lil but can some one fill me in on the trim on the car above me? Im talking about the "single strip" vs the "dual strip" over the quarter. Is it from something else? Is there a write up some where? Modified stock? Aftermarket?

    Thanks in advance...

Sweet ass rides, If I get off my arss I may be able to get mine on here by spring hahahaha

This one used to run around Indy and Ohio for years. Can't get the owner to come off of it. Not that I blame him

How it looks now, mid transformation.... Front end is really high because the motor/trans is out.

I'm thinking of running black wheels w/spiders. Here's the cheap-o MS PAINT version. Thoughts? I'm looking for tire/wheel suggestions....

so whats the deal? I thought 54's had the wrap around back glass and the 53's had the smaller one. I keep seeing people with "53's" with wrap around back glass, and sometimes I'll (rarely) see the oppsosite, a 53 body with 54 front fenders. is there a bunch of front fender swapping going on or was there a half way point in factory production where they switched over body styles?

  25. AD....you're confusing Hardtops with Sedans......Hardtops ('53 and '54) have wraparound glass...Sedans do not.......Centurion9

If I'm not mistaken 54s had three different back glasses. A wraparound (hardtop) and two others.

53 and 54's all had the same 3 back glasses. a 150 had a small one with no trim on the car, a sedan (210 or bel air, 2 or 4 door) had one version of a rap around back glass, while the hard top had it's own version of a rap around back glass. and here is mine. 53 210 with 54 grille and tail lights. I will try to get some on here of it after paint.

Our '53 I've been tinkering with for about 1.5 yrs. Tight budget, so it's been on the backburner for a while, but soon to be buttoned up...
