If you properly inflate the tires, you can improve the gas mileage.

I have a set of magnesiun front spindle mounts and a set of 15 x 10 magnesium old styles. But they are going on a 65 fastback mustang with a straight axle and a Ford 427 cammer engine.

You now get my vote for the most despicable man of the year, a Boss and a Cammer?

Pardon me, I'm going to put on some hockey equipment and go play in traffic...............a Cammer and a Boss.........(shaking head while wandering into traffic);)

Honestly I restore 69/70 mustangs and if you have the vin off the block $30k would be more in line to the poor guy with the car if it still exists. even without a match your in the 20k range.

Jack is no new comer in the high performance FORD circle. He knows exacly what he has and has had, whether it be a Boss 429 , 302 SOHC hipo 289 , rare 302 Tunnel port stuff etc. of the 60's and 70's . He has been involved in hipo Ford stuff for years and always comes up with cool stuff . I think it is the pre muscle car stuff that is new to him. Welcome to the HAMB Jack

    Thanks Dave.
You are correct. I know nothing about 1960 and older. But I tell you I can learn fast on this site. It is great just looking at the rides on here.
    Great to be here.
    Thanks

I love the truck but the motor would look better in my 32 3 window.
