I need a fog light....

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Harrison, May 26, 2008.

  1. I have a Guide 5 3/4" fog light on the '38 & need a 12 volt bulb for it. Does anyone have a part number for a bulb that will fit?

    Thanks, JH

  2. Jim,,is it a bulb or a sealed beam?

If it is a bulb,,is it a double contact or a 3 pin flange? HRP

  3. Sorry about that.

It is a sealed beam light.

    Thanks, JH

  5. Thanks man. Called & they say they have one in stock. I'm going at lunch to pick it up.

I'm tired of it not working.

I swear that these Knoxville Napa stores are staffed by some of the most incompetent people I've ever seen.

  8. Competence aside,,,did you get what you went after? HRP

  9. No, & further investigation at Pep Boys, Advance, & Autozone didn't help either.

  10. Danny,

What are the chances Dave could get me a part number?

The 6 volt Westinghouse bulb I have has part number 4012A on it. I need a 12 volt, amber, double contact light to replace it.

    Thanks, Jim

  11. Jim,,,I'll check for you tomorrow,,,,HRP
