Get your minds out of the gutter. I'm talking about my new shop. The closing date has been moved but it's getting closer. It's a lot smaller than what I had, so I will be getting rid of some inventory. Check out the classifieds for some Neat Old Stuff. Anyway, here's the space. It's big enough to park two and do routine maintenance or tear down one project at a time. Hopefully this keeps me focused on one instead of bouncing around on five. We are referring to it as "The Studio" because it's so nice. Benches and welder on the end wall, shelves in the alcove and drawing table by the Circuit breaker box.
Well, you definately know my 51 Merc and saw my "massive" pro shop where Im building it, so I would TOTALLY trade with yours instead!

Sweet. Mine's drafty, small, has a horribly crumbled concrete floor, and may fall over one of these days. But I love it. Gotta have a place to create your cars. I like your shop!
I hope you don't unload anything someone might need.....one of these days i'll be needing it! good luck on the new shop...
Small , hell that's a pro shop when compared to mine, hehe. Do you have any room above the ceiling to store parts? Thats one aspect of my little 2 car that I like, I can store stuff up in the rafters. Nice place you got there. later shawn
you need some stars and bars painted on one wall!! but really the new shop looks great , now you need a new refridgerator to match your new digs!!
Looks like it should get the job done. So, where do you intend to put the girlie calenders? Ya gotta have those for it to be a shop!
Well, there is the rest of the house above it and around it. The studio is my personal space in the basement. The "Garage" is upstairs. I will still have some stuff in storage until I get another out building put up. One that's tall enough for the two post lift that's been laying in my trailer for the last year and a half. In the mean time, I have a space to work on "The Bomb", so I'm happy. I'll keep you guys posted on closing and a Shop warming party.
I have spent years working in a driveway. That looks like a great spot. No rain, No wind, No bug bites. Slick I say!
shoot your general for havin the place rocked before the overhead door guy could get the opening closed up from the weather. nice lookin place man.
Looks nice man! One day I might get our garage back to park own own hotrods in, instead of someone elses hotrod. Its lookin like that may happen in a month!! Yeah! Till the next paint job comes in.
I need to get up there and see your digs... No, I haven't forgotten..., I'll be itchin to back on the Blue River soon, I'll get it then.
Don't fall for it Stevie G...You know as good as I do, that when Mike says "I'll get 'it' then"...he means "that ass"....Don't do it!
I'm really hoping to keep it clean and organized. Calling it the Studio is a start. I have a bunch of automotive art to get framed and hung on the walls.
