Shock Question

    Just a quick question regarding shocks - will shocks work properly in the horizontal position if the action moving the shock is changed from vertical to horizontal by a pivot point ? - much like stearing dampers on 4 x 4s

    Early hydraulic shocks used horizontal cylinders with levers. Steering stabilizers on trucks are essentially a shock laid sideways. I don't see why it wouldn't work...

    i'm not a hundred percent on this but i think steering shocks are valved different to be run horizontal,
