All I still have is the chopper and the 34 I'm building now. I sold the 32 last Jan. to help fund the 34. http://www.racingjunkrides.com/view_ride/104/
That car is unpractical. overpowered and more like a race car than a street car, and that's why I like it so much!!
Check out all the pics, There is a very extensive cage in the car. Evan coming throught the firewall. Otherwise yes, I think the Hemi would destroy it. "If it has a license plate it is a street car"
Bad, I just deleted my post. I looked at your pictures and now see the cage and see that it's a Chevy so...... I love the car, should be a great ride when your done. Larry T
That is a bitchin' ride. You and Little Man could make a good pair to match race. We expect a fervent promise that it will make the scene at the HAMB Drags next Aug.
Yes, Vendetta yuo hooked me up onthe grill a few months ago. I was the guy who sent you a bad shell and we had to get a new one. Who is little man? Where are the Hamb drags??
Little Man built the Deaths Doorstep Coupe. Tha HAMB Drags are at MoKan Dragway in Pittsburgh Kansas in Aug. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=104367&highlight=Deaths+Doorstep http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=204698&highlight=HAMB+Drags
Way cool build! You're a man after my own heart. I'm building a 34 five window - kind of a late 60's style build with an AAFD style blown 392. Mine will be a street car, but has much of the same inspiration that you have. You're a bit further ahead than me -- I'm just starting the frame and suspension work. (motor is 95% done). When we both get ours done, we'll have to compare notes and hopefully stage some side by side pictures. (I'm in Columbus, OH ). Keep us posted on your progress . . . gotta love it! Dale
That build is off the hook.Keep pushing forward I cant wait to see the end result.Dont forget the burnout vid too.
Here is the first engine mockup - am working at a frame jig at the moment, then the frame setup will follow. Dale http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=210642
You guys have some cool projects going on. Bored & Stroked your Hemi kicks ass! I love them heads. That Little Man does some killer stuff. I don't know him but have seen him around. His old old car was A-1 and he raced the piss out of it. I seen his latest coupe last year at the Gasser meet and it is Bass Azzz!
