Thanks for an excuse to post one of the photos I took coming into work yesterday. BTW, Lee Pratt's shop is just around the corner from here!
Here is mine, photo was taken in Sweden the only day it wasn't raining this summer And a pic of my buddies rod
I'd vote for the brown one. Diff would be easier to find, and no messing around with the rad, like running the hose through the spring & axle and hanging it out front. If the body is a 30-31 style I'd go with the same look as the silva speed sedan, nothing looks better than the rear tires and the fender lip. But if hes looking for something lower, heres pics of my sedan. I love my stance but I'd imagine it'd be nice to have a back seat. From what I remember of nfld growing up there, the roads weren't terribly great in my area. Though they aren't that great here either lol. But the sedan has as much clearance as my lowered s10, if not more. I have all the pics of my build, along with frame diagrams, etc if you want.
Wow, some killer sedans but Jimmy yours trips the trigger! Damm that screams the 60's . I hope you still have her any other pictures of her cool!!
Thanks! Way too many photos of it can be found here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/coop666/sets/72157600166937558/
I wish I could take credit for the car but it wasn't mine. I've just always liked the way it was put together. I'll have to dig through my old HRMs for more pictures. I know I've seen an earlier photo with chromed wheels/baby moons/wide whitewalls but this photo is my favorite.
Here's mine. It was chopped in 1957 and that's as far as they got. I have the body and frame stripped down now getting ready for the rebirth.
Thats not a tudor, but it does have a great looking chop to it. good luck with your project and post some progree pics.
Not likely to be too many of this sedan for my taste; I love it. The front fender profile of the '28-'29 Ford is just about as perfect as it could possibly be, and the stance of this sedan exploits that line. Mike
Here, s mine-a 28 I believe-with a five bolt 289,C4 and a Ranchwagon rear end. Interior features a 40 Ford dash. The Mustang/ Grant steering wheel is to be replaced by an Aussie XP Falcon wheel
