I arrived late and then met a few new faces, nice to put faces to the names.

 

I was eating lunch in the place right behind that wierd looking truck that was playing pirates of the carribean by the movie theater while it was going on... I realized I missed it after that.... So close yet so far....Im a dummy.

 

My head's not big...

My gift to Ryan was to write Ryan Cochran on my nametag and watch the fun. The only problem is, as soon as I put the nametag on I was bombarded by everyone within a 20 ft radius. It got so bad that I had to pull the tag off and head for higher ground. Thus, I was only at the meet and greet for about 10 minutes... but I was there as Ryan!

I was just kidding, about the big head.

 

Just to the right of the bottom of the GROUCHO arrow is a dashing young man with a glistening forehead.. a few hairs on top... sunglasses.. and an orange t-shirt... THAT'S ME!!!

 

I thought I also seen Ryan with a Muttley tag.

 

I think Muttley is "the real" Ryan.

 

Why do I always miss out on the free cookies??? GRRRRRR!!!!

WannaB AKA ThreadKiller just sent me this photo of me and MrsThreadKiller, the REAL cookie baker on Saturday at the Meet & Greet. All the folks milling around in the background are HAMB folks

 

I was there I now have proof!

 

A dork with very cool artwork on his cowboy hat I might add.

 

I can see the HAMB auction pith helmet protecting me from gamma rays in the middle of those pics. Sure was great meeting Denise, the nicest person in all of hotrodland!

 

What fun that was! Even got to meet Brian Wilson (j.k., CalifCarl). Humboldt Kitten and I (pictured) had a blast, great to finally meet the likes of Yorgatron, Hotrodladycruzer, Desertrodder and others. A few I offered thanks for the years of advice, but apparently that causes dislcaimers.
On the way home, met Bakersfield Boy in Cupertino during some seedy behind-the-gas station sale for a back windshield. Great meeting you, gotta stay in touch!
