Just a few of my favorites from paso check out the link below for the rest http://www.evil1customs.com/shows/paso_07/paso.htm
That's Oz Kustoms...I believe. I could be wrong. I think I saw the logo of the shop on the back end of the front fender which he puts on all his customs. KNUX!Re: Paso...supreme. Check out this thread, pg.4. You can see a pic of their crest-logo on the fender.
That bare metal '54 had some kool brass or copper trim on the front end pieces on it too. You had to see it in person. It really stood out. Great metal work on it. There are alot of other pics of it on the other paso threads for you to see more of it. KNUX!
Ya the bare metal 54 was a straight beast!! I think it was sitting on an Art morrison custom chassis too
That's a Roseville Rod and Custom car http://www.rosevillerodandcustom.com/matts54.htm...the fab work is killer. Nice pics Evil1. Bryan
I didn't quite get what this guy was going for. The bare metal and copper might make for a cool custom, but then he had stacks sticking out higher than where the hood would be and prostreet rear wheels and tires. Confused.
Kirk. I'm pickin up what your throwin down! I don' get the stacks and wheels either. Other than that its a beauty of car.
Kurt, I agree with you if he was trying to be a kustom.... I dont see much custom in it..... I see a pro-street/ touring type ride parked among customs... probably more fitting to be parked at Columbus then paso
its amazing how much those wheels change the attitude of the car, if it had some bias wide whites on steel wheels it would be a whole different car. BTW the foose car I was thinking of is already done, its on the custom rodder site
Chopped, slammed, seems filled, decked, door handles shaved. The only thing not kustom about that thing is the wheels and hood. (or lack there of)
That truck belongs to Alvin form San Jose. He drove his 54 bel air and his son drove the truck down from San Jose. Very cool guys
This 54 is super tuff, i saw this car for the first time in a shop when i was 16 years old, I believe a lad by the name of Steve sellers was under it
I see where you're going, but I think custom is just that...."custom". Maybe it doesn't fit the norm as far as everyone thinks of as a traditional custom and therefore wouldn't seem to fit as well in Paso, but I thought it was different and refreshing. Pro street with a traditional twist....or visa versa....either way, the fabrication was something to admire.
On this one i would change the wheels, head lights and slap a hood on it.....just keep the hood shut and roll it right into Billet Proof......im not into the big horse power thing but there is some damn nice fab work on this car .....
Exactly. So close yet... He sure as hell doesn't need my approval. I'm sure he's damn stoked on his ride.
You guys did a hell of a job on that pick up. There must been a huge scrap pile after making all of those ribbed pieces. The pro touring running gear on a custom was a little confusing, but as long as the guy who's paying the tab is happy....... Nice work.
