Sound like a place I used to go to called

    Leon's billed as " the walkin man's friend "

great guy -unbelievable stash of old steel

got alot of parts for my impala there in the mid eighties

hope it;s the same place would be good to know it's still there
on the west side of 29 lots of old trucks
small stream running through the middle of the property
my buddy and I would spend all day there when we came down from
    fairfax va. to find parts

Here's a couple taken a few yeas ago while I was in Hong Kong.
One is an old Jeep like wagon taken near the shore. The others were found at the top of a mountain slid slightly over the side. I don't even know how these got up there with no roads.

As a child I grew up in London, England through the sixties. At the first school I attended we had a worn out thirties British car parked in the playground for us kids to play in/on. Right next to the swings and climbing frame.
Not sure how todays health and safety conscious do-gooder's would view that!

I've posted some of these before, but please don't pm me for directions. I'll give you a hint though, no one owns them and they're illegal to salvage. To be honest I dont know what Im looking at when I stare at old tin, if someone could tell me what the car with the yellow nose is, I'd appreciate it.

I found this one while digging through some of my mom and dad's old photos. On the back it said: Midnight Meadows, Red River, New Mexico 1985. Wonder if it's still there. And no, my dad didn't bring it home.
