my 54 progress..with pics..

    heres some progress i did today..added some grill teeth,put back stock steering wheel,painted rear belt line green and put the rear skirts ..still debating to keep them..and but the plaque up..
    whats your thoughts on the skirts guys?

  3. With the cragar wheels I prefer the skirts off.

    Car sits real nice and I like the green in the belt line.

    Keep the skirts!!!!!! Cool stance and the green is a nice contrast. It all works well together.

    Keep the skirts. I don't know what wheel you had on it but putting the factory wheel back on was a good move also.

    Keep the skirts, looks great. if you keep the Cragers, leave the stance where its at. Other wise, front needs to come down a touch.

    I say get a pair of stock wheels, and if you run the cragers-- no skirt. Change the fronts to stockers-- run skirts. (no need to change the backs, you won't see them. I think this would also help you from getting bored with it.

    cragars = no skirts.

    Just kidding, the car looks great. Definitely keep the skirts.

    Lookin good. I never liked the stock skirts much, but I like em on your ride, keep em on.

    I've been thinking of painting my belt on the side of the 54 when i get the top painted.. now i most definately will. Looks good and i say keep the skirts

    looks like ill roll with the skirts for now..hopefully bodywork and paint are next..
