Hey, any other flathead drivers ever use the repro Cyclone heads that are out there? Got a set a couple of years ago, just looking for some feedback.
They're total crap! The guys that make them must machine them with a butter knife. What a bunch of A-Holes!
Another example of the concise, totally objective, un-biased product research found only here on the HAMB.

Well Sarcasm has a limited shelf life... It was a matter of time before people started thinking I was really griping. To clarify... Cyclone heads in my opinion are some of the nicest heads out there in their current config. Also Elmo Rodge is the machinist for the heads and is one of the nicest and most knowledgeable guys in this hobby and for that matter, on this board. If you're going to drop them at a swapmeet, let me know which one and how much. Remember they're crap and I'm just going to use them as paper weights (ie: I'll use them to hold down the paper head gaskets on my flathead. ) so don't price them over $100.
Well I'm gonna raise this up sisnce there still seems to be some missunderstanding about whether I'm kidding or not. I am.... Carry on. Seriously though, Cyclone=Quality stuff. Elmo, you know I was joking right? Cause I got some emails... I'm not that bi-polar! As for the guy that wanted to know if the heads were any good... I wasn't sure if you were just trying to stir the pot or were genuinely clueless to the fact that the guys from Cyclone are on this board. I also can't figure out why you would buy a set of heads, wait a while, and then try to find out if they're any good? Well anyway, I'm sorry for the confusion and I hope I finally put it to rest.... I don't know how I coulda been more over the top!
