Just for kicks, lets post pictures of rusty relics that we've sighted, or just that we have pictures of. I don't know why....but we all seem to like to look at rusted hulks, so lets see them. I'll start with this 1938 Plymouth truck I spotted in the swap meet at Rhinebeck NY:
Seen this a couple of weeks ago on ebay. I'm a big fan of phaetons and think this is quite-a-sight just the way it is. I must be a sick, sick man.
Here are a couple of pictures from Hopkin's Junk Yard in Caldwell, Idaho These are some good guys that own and run this place.
The car on the left hand side of this pic, Is that a two door? Any chance you could score the trim around the side glass? I'll buy it if you can. Where is all this stuff?
Ahh Smash Palace in the bad old days, looks a whole lot worse since the last time the mountain burped, the ash must be acidic speed up the rusting no end.
No that car is complete and intact 327 4 speed,,,as you can gather the guys are packrats,,tons of old nos buick stuff,,theres also a 66-7 GTO convert., more parts than anyone could go thru in a lifetime. lol
