I AM THINKING ABOUT HAVING AN EXTRA HOOD LOUVERED FOR MY '60 F100. IS THERE ANYONE IN CENTRAL CALIFORNIA THAT CAN BE TRUSTED TO DO THIS ANYMORE? THANKS FOR THE HELP
Bud don't take this wrong but go to the junk yard and get some hoods, punch some junk hoods , then tell people you can punch after you have had some practice on hoods ! Scrap sheet metal is not the same !
Dave Stucky in Wichita, Kansas who built the LIL Coffin 32 Ford Sedan and this Merc back in the day still punches louvers
The dude across the street from me does it for extra hot rod money! I've never asked how much, though. ~Jason
If that's me you're talking about, I also get $1.50 a louver,,, it's a small world out there, I had no idea I lived across the street from another Hamber! Little Howard
mojave is socal, yeah? Gene's shop used to be right across the street from my junior college here in modesto...
Hell yeah you do, big time - almost 700 posts since October!!! I was going to ask you how much a louver tonight and post it. It IS a small world! ~Jason
Bob Monroe in Concord...the guy that built the Ness bikes for the buildoffs while Arlen and his son stood around watching....anyway he does louvres. Also in Vallejo there's Seret customs and hot rods....Matt has a punch ....I can get his number if you need it.
