42-47 steering on a model A?

Just wondering if anybody uses the steering setup from a 1942-47 Ford truck on their model A? I want a 48-56 unit but this 1946 or so unit became available. Any problems using this instead of the F series box?

 

Anybody? Don't want to wste any more money.

well i used a steering box from a 69 ford bronco...but that dont help ya any..
