the pics 50chevy posted were how i drove it into the sf show,no head lights ,tail lights,or seat.
heres the only othere pic be fore the chop,its at gene windfields.
and for the record most folks prob think i intended to leave this car with no hood grill and bumper,NOT SO i just dont have time to work on this car but i aint gona just let it sit cuz it aint done.ive got time to drive it thow.its always left in the state from the last big show usaly a week or to be fore the show it gets alil atension.beleave you me this will grow up into a finished car some day

 

ok now for the chop theres alot of these cars around so i wanted to do somethin differant with the chop.
same reason i dont have a grill i want this car to be differant than the ones running around sides i dont know what i want ?
any ways i decided on cutn 5'' out of the a pillers
6 1/2'' out off the c pillers
and hard toppen the bitch.with no side glass im gona cap off the doors
the courts still out on the wing windows thow
any ways we took out the glass,
cut out the front seat (ran out off time first run she made to paso didnt have the seat brakets so we welded it in)
then webraced her up
notice the seat springs cant beleave i drove around for the first year like that

 

next we sanded some paint off
laid out some lines
cut the door frames off

 

next we cut out the b pillers
theres a pic of the chucks

 

670 15's firestones

 

next we laid out the cut lines on the a pillers
thats jason(road zombie) pierotti helpin out
then on with the show (cuttin that is )

 

next we cut the c pillers and took the top off

 

next we trimed the c pippers down so we could get the top back on
thats lil bill(road zombie pres)wishart

 

next we trimed the a pillers

 

next we set the top on for a look
and set the back window to be in

 

some more with the top on lightened up

 

looks like the a pillers are gona line up fine
a shot of the b piller re moved we'll cap it off
a nother shot of the 46 chevy back window
and a shot of all the metal we removed

 

how many cars are runnin around town with out one off theses ha
when i was a snot nose kid and was building my first custom when i was14- 16 i got arested for gta of my own car cuz my vin fell off and was under the back seat,but thats another story
