I am have been interested buying some pinstriping brushes. I am mostly interested in doing small design, Von Dutch style stuff. I was wondering what kind of brushes and where I should get them. I was looking at Eastwoods on line catalog but wanted to hear from people that have actually done it. Thanks Dan
Poke around on sketchkult.com and its stripekult message board. You should find a lot of like-minded folks.
Hey, the Mac brand of brush, with the blue thred around the bristles, offers great value to money. Some of the other brands may work as well, but ya wont prove it by me. Swankey Devils C.c.
i use mack, also check local graphic art supply stores they may have brushes in stock and will probably have one shot paint aswell, saves from having it shipped by eastwood
yep check out the kult good source of info also you could do a search on here this has been gone over several times with great responses
www.mackbrush.com get a 000 Series 10 to start with. A couple bucks more than a Series 20,but worth the difference. Eastwood sucks.
I have been getting my stuff from Dick Blick. They are the cheapest of any place I have found on brushes and one shot. I second the blue ferrel brush.
