One of my koolest Kustom friends is going through cancer treatments this week. The treatments will start today. He fought prostate cancer a couple of years ago and got through it with flying colors. A month or so, he found out he has bone cancer. They are going to go through some experimental treatments to fight it. He is in good shape and I've been told he is going in with the right attitude, so he is starting this on the right track. He would have a fit if he found out that I did this. This is why I cannot tell who it is. God knows, and he will know who the prayers are for. My Prayers will be fore Healing & Strength and peace for his family. Thank You in advance for your prayers. Gods Blessings, Mick
I am praying for him in central MO. May his battle have a better outcome than my father in law. The toughest and biggest hearted man I have ever known had cancer infected innards removed a couple years ago and now has lung cancer.
My Prayers will include him that is for sure. I have a friend who also has bone cancer, He to is a surviver.Of 3 yrs now. Tell him "To never give up, He will be OK"...God Bless,,Dick.
I went through the same with my parents and few years back, they were positive and beat it. My prayers are with your friend.
I'm a recent cancer survivor of a form of Bone and blood cancer and after 2 years i went through a Stem Cell transplant and now after 3 years i'm hopefully in the clear. ATTITUDE AND HUMOR is what got me through this deal along with a god send of a wife and friends. He will have bad days and thats OK but not to many in a row or you will fall in a rut. If there is anything i can do for this person or questions of what from a patients point of view PLEASE feel free ot call upon me. Not sure where Dewey OK. is but i'm just accross the border in Texas. If not prayers wil be sent ya'll way
DITTO - I just finished a 6-month session of Chemo for Rectal Cancer; this followed surgery and a prior 2-1/2 months of Chemo and Radiation together Next stop is surgery to reverse my Ostomey; It will be a little over a year since it all started It ain't easy, but keeping a good attitude as well as trying to be as 'normal' as you possibly can will help you get through it
Sometimes, the friends and family need as much prayer as the afflicted one. Mickey, you AND your friend are in mine. J.
