We have been having first round of qualifying at 2 o'clock and finishing 5 hours later. We didn't start until 3 at Montgomery because the track owner says it's a late crowd there. I leave start time up to the track owner because they know their market best. Hope to see you soon.

 

Quain, how are you attaching the clutch pedal assembly to the cross tube? Are you welding it to it, or do you do something less permanent?

 

A good grade 8 5/16 bolt, through the two shafts.

Cole and Mike, congrats on the first round victory!! I saw some video of the second round and the Secret Weapon looked like it was coming apart. Did that motor finally give up? It was great meeting you and chatting in the staging lanes. Hope to talk to you guys again soon!

Update, on this car, I have been ask 100's of times what happened to it ? It was parked shortly after it was built and pretty much hid from the general public. I have tried many times to buy it and get it back on the track for the whole world to enjoy instead if it being stuck back in a building wasting away. it's just a shame but the owner choses to do this and it belongs to him so nothing I can do. It's just a shame because I was so proud of this build and now it might as well have never happened.

Thanks for the pics, I was so proud of this build. Not many pics were taken because the owner hid it away shortly after it built. Such a shame but it's his so he can do what he wants.
