Looking for opinions on my 46 ford 4 door project.
    Drivetrain 327 turbo350
    suspension nova clip
    nova 10 bolt rear
Would a 4 door look better as a custom or street rod?
I was thinking air bags on rear and scraping pavement with teardrop skirts and wide whites.
Flat black or leave the petina?
Just curious of others opinions on this car. I know its a 4 door, but it still has pretty cool lines.

Here is a picture of mine. It has very little rust, just surface rust.

I was just about to go on a hunt for a pick of that car! I'm not big on four doors, but that thing is right!

I wish I had a pic of it but a guy that use to be in my town had a bitchin 47 fordor custom. It was Chevy clipped 4in chop(on a fodoor is cool IMO) 51 Ford dash, Plymouth bumpers, Olds grill, Lincoln tail lights All white tuck and roll with red piping, Manderan maroon paint, box skirts,WWW tires, nosed decked etc etc... and he took round rod around the front wheel wells and on the roof to fill the drip rail hard to explain in writing but it was a bitchin car......Man I wish I had a pic

    Sounds like a cool ride.

  11. I just picked up a 36 fordoor sedan. Its growing on me. My car buddies want me to cut the top off, chop it 3", and put a carson top on. Kinda like a phaeton. We'll see. Mark
