20201001_170319.jpg It's been shown before, Old Mangy, a 1968 327-250 hp truck engine. It's apart now, waiting for its rebuild. So far only the heads have made it to the shop.

Come Down Under... we do dates the European way. The only reason we do it is so that in July we can have 287 day.

    Today is 283 day :)

    Cheers,

Got a '65 327 in my '55 and '68 2 ton truck 327 on an engine stand. Now that I think about it, I've got a .60 over bare block somewhere.

A few of you have posted, but what year is your 327. Mine was cast in November 1961, I believe the 23d, but it's been a long time since I got it. This is the oldest one I have ever seen I also have a virgin 66 engine.

My son's 327 in his 50 Chevy coupe, although I should wait until Friday to post the photo, it's .030 over (331). 20220312_171357.jpg

I have that McFarland Tork Link intake too, curious how that 331 runs with it.
