Yes, truly amazing. Unfortunately the EMS floor patch panels I'm working to install in my Ranch Wagon won't look anywhere as nice as your work. Thank god for carpet. In my case it's "What the eye don't see the heart don't grieve" but not in your case for sure. Thanks for the updates.

Well, since I've had to replace parts of roof, both quarters, rear window openings, a pillars, the gaps were pretty off, in some spots almost 1/16th other spots maybe 5/16. Now all at .230 thou

Well the front-end is interesting. The previous owners spent so much effort to make this steel body look like glass. The front end was welded together so I had to buy replacement center section, cut out old and sneak up on edges removing welds. I'm almost done with first fender 20230114_181408.jpg 20230114_181359.jpg

Right fender and rocker are good enough to send to chassis. On to left side then hood and rear fenders 20230121_164237.jpg 20230121_164247.jpg 20230121_164255.jpg 20230121_164302.jpg

Preliminary fitting of hood, had to rebuild hinge first, need to set rear gaps first, it's a challenge as the front 20230125_170944.jpg 20230125_193458.jpg 20230125_193528.jpg 20230125_193913.jpg 20230126_201504.jpg 20230126_201541.jpg 20230126_201551.jpg 20230126_201515.jpg end is "free floating " til I get a jig then chassis to hold it all in place.

As much as I'm into chassis' and I'm sure it will be a nice one, this will be a hard act to follow.
Are you familiar with the black 40 Willis coupe Burns Wagoner had years ago?
For me it was the gold standard.

I didn't catch guys name but I took these pics last year at Pomona. This car is my gold standard, I've never seen a coupe this perfect, it was truly flawless
