He'd been posting pretty regularly before that.

Set him a message a few days ago. No answer.

Was he going into self employed? I recall his new shop and him setting it up. That’ll keep a person danged busy.
I too hope alls well with him, pretty sharp guy.

That was my impression too, and he was either moving to a different larger place or taking over more space at his existing location.

Actually, a lot of guys that use to be on here a lot have disappeared or there is nothing that thay feel like commenting on. Even Danny aka Hotrodprimer has slowed down quite a bit. But since most of us are 60 to 80 plus years old, who knows. Larry

 

Pinion angle or Distributor 180 out thread's, full of BS info, usually bring him out of hiding, maybe we should start one.
Seriously though, I hope all is well on his end and just too busy to post.

 

Maybe he discovered fiberglass and his keyboard doesn't work any more.

Kind of odd and interesting to care about someone you've never met. Hope he knows we give a shit. We often lose track of each other. When we all get to heaven a lot of us are gonna be like...
"Hey... nice to finally meet you!
By the way, what happened to you back there?"

No news yet ???............... Someone must have contact details.

 

No posts since June 25th. I hope all is well but as active as he was here, it’s not normal for him to pause. This world keeps right on changing with or without us.

 

Hoping and praying all is well with him.

 

You never Know. My brother ran into a friend he had not seen in a while three weeks ago. The week after his friend came down with a severe respiratory infection which turned into being hospitalize on a respirator, which turned into a non-diagnosed heart condition. Funeral was today, he was 62. there were no signs he had any health conditions. Hopefully Vicki just found more interesting things to do. Larry

 

I enjoyed his posts and I hope he's ok. I don't know him but I live in the area. If anyone here has an address for his shop, message me and I'll take a ride.

Thank you very much for offering that. It'll probably be our best bet to be able to see if he's okay and to extend our concern.

Can we figure out where his shop is at?

 

I would guess he has just moved on. He hadn't posted for almost 3 months before he posted in July and it was only two posts on one thread then.

 

He is local to me, so I will do some investigation!!! I hope & pray nothing bad has happened to
him!

His shop is in Medina, he moved from North Ridgeville a few years back!

I went through 18 pages of P.M.s all the way back to '18 thinking Steve's phone number was in there somewhere....But no luck. I will continue tomorrow!

I had put him on my ignore list years ago. We had a couple of beefs. But I still wish him well.

 

I tend to float off and on myself. I sincerely hope that's the case, nothing serious.

 

I also enjoyed his stuff... hoping for the best

 

The save he did on that cobbled-together Ford 'coupe' he bought was epic! Here's hoping he's still OK....
