Dont know who will know what a pierogie is. Love em. A little local flair from Schuylkill county.

  4. A pierogie is a Jewish delicacy that’s made from potatoes ( yes, potatoes) and filled with either meat, cheese or in some cases vegetables and then boiled in hot water and served with a sour cream based dipping sauce.

Around here it is mostly Catholics, Polish, Lithuanian, Ukrainian, Irish, and it is pronounced Per-ro-gee. Keilbasa is also a local staple. https://www.kielbasy.net/

  17. Wasn't "Duff "Livingstone involved with Go-Karts way back in the beginning ? IIRC he and the Go-Karts were in Rod and Custom Magazine in 1956, or 1957.

Ketchup? What is this ketchup you speak of?
Perhaps tomato sauce (dead horse) :D

You are forgiven though... at least you didn't ask for a pie floater :p

I had a bad experience with a good ol' Kiwi pie a couple of days ago, lucky to make the truck stop! Here's Dick Legge's "Pie Wagon", watched it run many times.
