We used to road trip all the time till diesel went sky high! At 8gpm $5 diesel makes for an expensive trip…..but don’t count me out! But you can also not count on me!

If and I do mean IF I decide to attend this little shindig I’ll be coming by plane ( driving would likely bankrupt me) . I figure the first thing I would do when I arrived is shake hands with Lloyd and second give Ms. Ashley a hug. With Lloyds permission of course.

 

If that Damned scottyt is comin' ... I think I'll piggy back down with him and split the gas. I'd love to get drunk and piss on your bushes! And I know my 'Ol Lady and your's would form their own mafia against us... Gonna be a GOOD time!!!

 

Only 7 hours away, and that is my kind of party, but you are bumping into soybean harvest, and we gotta bring in the sheaves, or my operation doesn’t work.

Bus gets around 7mpg. Or around $30-$35 per hour to operate. Kinda like a boat.
That’s around $500 bucks.
But I’m working on another ride that should do a lot better.

 

Well , I would like to meet Ashley, Lloyd and all you hoodlums. I guess I have passed near Lloyds place a few times in the past going to and from Virginia on Interstate 64.

 

Our anniversary is October 5th, so this will be our celebration!

 

This is a fantastic idea Lloyd. Hell, if I can swing it I would like to be at your place with the coupe. Maybe come for 4- 5 days. If any other HAMBERS are near my neck of the woods, maybe would could travel to Lloyds together. Let me know, more fun on the road. P.S. Lloyd, I will work for beer!
