    "Way back story";)
Neighborhood 4th of July, block party for 1976*, was at the Williams( Bob's),as they had a really big padio and BBQ pit. Nearly every one came, all us and our Mom's n Dad's.
I made a foodstore run for more things, with my old Merc. Stationwagon, faded in need of paint, but other wise far.
So it was then parked in the back driveway.
Late in the day, some of the Dad's with too much beer, dared each other"Who could blow a beer can the highest up in the sky?
My Dad had what he thought was a good idea. Too get extra hight with his Beer can/M80,he put it on the roof of my Wagon! BOOM,the Beer can didn't go very far up:(,but my old Wagons roof{ it had factory roof channels formed into roof}=The big bang, blow a hole in my roof by split the channel open/and blow the headliner down as well.
Some how Dad an his buddys thought that was funny:D. I did not:mad:.
Dad loved telling the story for years,:phow he blow up my Wagon on the 4th of July!!
Dad passed in 1985,an I miss hearing that story over n over.
Happy 4th of July ,kind of fun too pass it on.
