Easy to get confused. So many say “pre-65” when it’s “65 and earlier”.
Now about this Camaro I want to buy…

I had a '66 C-10, which was essentially the same vehicle as the '64 & '65. I was always hesitant to broadcast the year when I posted a picture of it or mentioned anything about it when I asked questions about the mods I did on it. But, after years of participating in the great forum, I feel confident if there was a tacit exception to this rule, this would be it. Yes, it's a fine line, but not exactly a straight one.

I guess it doesn't matter as long as it has a 350 in it.

I believe the cutoff was originally 63 & older, but the T-Birds and Rivieras got a pass.

1965, unless it's a 1966 that looks like a 1965, like Chevy and Ford pickups.

When 1953 Corvettes started production on June 30 of 53 and Mustangs started production in March of 1964 between and August 17 of 64 121,538 Mustangs were built. So there are 1953 Corvettes but no 64 Mustangs

  21. Rule # 4. We cover traditional '65 and older American cars only. All other threads will be deleted. We don't cover rat rods, muscle cars, mustangs, or VWs.
