I’m looking at this photo on my iPhone, it looks like the car is lettered Itow’s Automotive. The photo looks like it might be from ‘61 or ‘62, when did Itow’s go out of business? Can anyone ID the car? Not the best looker, at least to my eye, that scoop is gigantic!
Fuller started his three point roll bars in ‘61 (I think) maybe this car followed his lead with that design. @Dean Lowe , or @George Klass , anybody know this car?

Right, as I noted in the caption.

This is the Rollema and Hill blown Chevy car that Joe Itow built, to replace the car with the GMC that I posted above. This Chevy car was painted candy blue with a pearl injector scoop. The rear wheel pants didn't work so the team took them off. I saw it run at Lions. I am not sure when Joe Itow left the chassis business, but I stopped noting Itow chasses after Kent Fuller's design took off. That would be around '63-'63.
