I Sold Big Olds.....

Gassed up th '64 this morning for $0.35 a gallon too.

 

That was a good run there. Something fun to watch today at work. Joke's on you if Big Olds doesn't start tonight, after talking all this BS hehe

 

I knew it was BS from the start. Do any of you know what a POS Big Olds really is? Apparently not by all of the dissing about her selling it. She should be so lucky to have someone step up and ACTUALLY want to buy that turd. The old saying about not being able to make a silk purse out of a sows ear was origionated with Big Olds. I'm sure everyone has noticed that no matter what she has done to Him he just continues a downward spiral into oblivion. Actually he gets my vote to replace the Orbitron outside that Mexican porn shop. Only problem is Big Olds couldn't possibly do even a weak substitute for a trash container and don't even think about having a local scrap dealer being conned into taking it even if it were free. Even scrap dealers have standards.
I realize this post will probably upset Denise but I could care less. Personally I've NEVER cared for her and her constant attempts to be the center of attention. I do however appreciate everyone's effort at making her feel welcome and putting up with her obnoxious personality. There will be a reward at the end if you can just keep up the deception a little longer. I know this as I've heard rumors that Ryan has just about had it with her pushy ways and subtle attempt at trying to replace him as head of this little playhouse. There will be a banning in her future but I understand he's just waiting for the right timing so she is diminished and shamed in proportion to the damage she has inflicted. Lets hope the time is soon.

I do miss Denise's road trip write ups, they were epic. I had the pleasure of meeting her at a HAMB meet and greet at Bonneville some years ago.

 

This is a good memory, plus reading posts by guys like 3W Larry, 1950ChevySuburban and Fab32 who have passed is neat, and a reminder we have lost a lot of good people. However, Denise and Big Olds aren't gone. They're just not on here.

 

Pic I took of Big Olds at Day of the Drags in Temple, TX, around 2007ish? I don't think it had it's Fat Lucky interior yet in this pic.

 

Worth a gasp-but, where is the Big Olds today?
