and the black thing coming out the window is the Grim reaper of death !!

the bike is a Dodgerly Davidson , or a Harley dogeidson , or a dodgerly dogeidson

 

I don't Think its a 1930 Car it has Different Headlight's for That Year
a car of the 20'S would have that Type of Headlight
