    Nice x-mas present...nothing beats a time capsule in a barn surrounded by hay...open up the map pick a destination and onwards you go...have fun with it...;)

  16. Great find! I like it! My first driver was a '56 Pontiac wagon, although it was a 6 passenger. It was my Mom's old car that my Dad drove after he bought her a new one. He SOLD it to me ("teaching me responsibility") instead of allowing me to pick out what I wanted!?? I actually really liked it. Drove the snot out of it, and it just kept going. Wish I had it now.

    I'm more impressed how tight the +Pos terminal clearance is to the battery hold down. Looks like fireworks waiting to happen

    This was the same (except color )as our family car from 56 - 60 (dad never bought a new car) brings back tons of memories , thanks ! When it needed a new muffler my older brother was working in a service station , he put a glass pack on it ! My mom loved it , my dad , not so much !

  29. Right after I sold my Shop in Tucson, AZ I had a 56 Pontiac Safari STA. wag.
    which I Sold it to a Shop in Tucson. that was Just Starting To Restor
    Cars.
