Hot Rods My tribute 37 coupe

Got the decals on the coupe. It's a tribute to the good old days of dirt track racing with my three brothers in the sixties. We ran a 57 Ford and a 58 Merc on the half mile (fastest 1/2 mile dirt track in the state). Lol. Was building it with my older brother, then cancer took him. Just a old junker, but I like it.

 

Was that Knoxville?

Anyway I just wanted to say that I am truley sorry that you lost your brother. I know how tough that is and wish you didn't have to suffer that loss. You are doing the right thing with the old coupe.

Very cool car. In the second picture, is the rust/dirt on the floor from shutting the door?

 

Tough to hear about your Brother, but you honored him when you followed thru with the project. Looks like a Fun ride, especially with that 430!

 

Love what you've done. Sorry for the loss of your Brother. I'm certain he would be proud.

Surely an emotional tribute build and one that tugs at heartstrings everytime you look at it...
