Technical 49 50 merc 1/4 panels.

A few years ago one of my friends bought a pair of 1/4 panel for his 49 merc rag. He said he got them from Cross Canada Panels. They are really nice replacements but I cant find any. The ones on Ebay are not boltons like the originals. Would any one know if anyone still sells them . Thanks Jack

 

I believe slldnmatt on here fabs the panels or at least he use to. He was in California so shipping may not kill you. If you can’t find any up there. Sorry no help on the Canada stuff

 

the company who made them , made one run of mercury parts, they did not sell well, so all production stopped about 8 years ago

 

If only there was someone we knew in the aftermarket sheet metal business, maybe they could step up and fill the void in the market…

you missed the point, they did not sell so there is no real market

 

How many would you need to sell to make it viable? I bet you could find 20 HAMBers today. And 20 more next year, and so on.
