Been almost a year, how about some love for the white car.

Always liked the custom '40 in AG. Seems the thread has mostly pre '49 hot rods, so I won't show the '58 Impala.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a “fat fendered “ car painted white that was appealing.

Maybe not in your time frame, but we love white roadsters in San Berdoo . . .

Does anyone know who owns the 34 5 Window Coupe shown in the photo I posted?

I know the Coupe is here somewhere in Michigan I think.

It just doesn’t seem to surface much.

 

That car belongs to a friend of mine, and was taken at Beaches Cruise in. His car color inspired me to go Ford Wimbledon White when I was stuck on choosing a color for my '39 coupe.

 

...If I had to wish for a pain in the ass this would be it...

39 Chevys do Drag Coupe really well...I believe a Hamber still owns this...

I think it squeaks into the early 60s in many ways...

We just finished my buddy’s 62 Impala….. at the East Coast Indoor Nationals this weekend. The car belongs to another HAMBer, Jesse Jaeger. You might remember we built him a 53 Chevy about 8 years ago.

 

That's not white -- it's cream and beautiful!

 

...This awesome time capsule may be older in build than the late fifties but it is a classic look that would have got the pass I'm sure...it was for sale here a while back and certainly deserves a second opportunity to see the limelight again...did anyone buy this?
