Ok, I realize this fender is from a late model VW, but the techniques apply to most any car you are working on. Once again, Fitzee takes away the intimidation factor of fixing rust. The trick with a coat hanger is really cool. Video, is a bit long, but well worth the time. I started with a beer last night and finished with coffee, this morning. LOL.
