well, i know it is frowned apon by some to post Ebay links on here, but this would be a pretty cool truck. I was looking for some taillights for my truck and came accross this, i think the seller listed it under the wrong catagory because it is listed under lighting. anyway, i hope a hamber out west will pick this up because I know i would be jealous!!! http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1937-Plymouth-Pickup-For-Parts_W0QQitemZ250015659223QQihZ015QQcategoryZ34207QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
http://www.rasloto.com/gallery/gallery_dodge.html Cool truck. Someone in Sacto is going to get a good deal.
The only one's I ever recall seeing were the 36&37 models. i just figured they were the only two years. i've never seen a stone stocker most of the one's I've see were gassers for some reason.
Egay's blocked here at work...is it really that cool? Can someone post a pic and some details? I have a way to bid on it if it's worth it, but it's sketchy enough bidding on things you CAN see, much less those you can't Bryan
for those who have egay blocked, it is at $950 and it says next bid meets the reserve. it is located in applegate, caLarger Picture
That is freakin' cheap for a Plymouth P'up! I have a friend that messes with those. Anyone actually need parts for one of these, just e-mail me at [email protected] and I'll hook you up with him.
GOING! GOING!.....Who will it be?........A HAMB'er i hope so we can see the finished product.......Still at $950!.
I think they built them until 1940. Needs everything but mechanicly these are easy. The "Plymouth" tailgate would be tough to replace.. Otherwise Dodge and Fargo truck parts interchange. "City of Roseville Parks Department" How can you not love that?
I believe they were only made from '36-'39. A retired mechanic I know just finished building one to tool around in. Primered, small hemi, red steelies, etc. I think $10,000 probably take it.
Who got it?..Someone post the winner, and is he a HAMB'er? If so whats his name?.....We all want to know.
damn it, i just saw this and would have liked to bid. eerrrhhh, wait... i dont even have room for another. anyway, hopefully a hamber got this. and i hope they leave the cool "roseville dept of parks' on the side. looks like a good find. -scott noteboom
