Hey guys..did a trade recently, my 2x2 Edmunds intake with matching zenith carbs for this log intake and some cash. But I just realize that there's the middle intake ports missing...is this a popular mod? I can see where they welded the previous holes.. Hoping that this can be used still on this set up.
the center "ports" are not intake ports but are heat crossover passages. Yes it is ok to block them as long as you are not using exhaust manifolds with a heat riser valve
yes that is an olds number, I just went and looked at mine and the ends look different like someone added to the ends and added holes so it would bolt to a caddy.... If I were the OP I would try and trade back for what I had....
