Technical DELETE LISTING

Has any one out there used a model A pickup bed on a 1932 Ford PU ?? experiences and a couple of photos would be most appreciated mercryguy

 

A 31 looks damn close a little shorter and the panel behind the cab curves upward wear a 32 is straight.
I'll check the wheel openings and let you know if they're the same next time I'm at the shop.

 

I think the 32 box is wider than the Model A...

 

I have a Model A Box and a 32 pickup box. I'll measure them possibly tomorrow tell me which measurements you want.

 

A 32 bed is wider by 8 inches and is pretty much a wide bed late 1931 bed. The model a bed is 40 inches wide . My buddy Scott ran a 32 cab with a model A bed and looked good .

 

I’ve seen it done before, but I think it looks too small with the 32 cab.

 

There was a 31 A "WIDE bed that carried over to the 32 truck. 33-4 bed front panel was straight across 31-2 had a upward curve..

Take the lower metal off from bed.. I think it would look like a big pimple on the end of your nose..

I built a filler panel between the bed and the frame.... If I had it to do over I'd raise it up 2 or 3 inches more..

 

Any pics of a 31 wide bed with. 32 cab?
