A friend of mine has a 1933 Chevrolet Standard Mercury with a '34 Stovebolt engine (181cui).
Now, he's needing new gaskets (for valve cover, oil pan etc) but he has some trouble to find a store/online shop.
What do you recommend guys? btw, are these parts interchangeable with newer stovebolt engines?
    Thanks for helping my friend.

Thanks. But 182 is confusing. It's actually a 181 engine. Anyway I'll give it a try.

  4. They show two listings- 1 for the 182 engine in 1933-34, and 1 for the Master 207 engine.
Wikipedia shows the 181 engine as being in the 1935-36 Master, and does not mention a 182 engine anywhere, so I'm thinking that is the right one?

I suppose 182 and 181 are the same.
