I found this steering wheel while weed eating, just the horn button showing, the rest was buried.

 

I'd say foreign, unless that emblem is early 50's Buick.

Base model Buick Special wheel from what I can find. I found one in a 50 model 41D. For The guys who Wanted to be seen driving a Buick but didn't want to pay for extra frills.

 

It's round!
