    I'm back, it's been a while.
Had a rough year, the wife and I got Covid, our little dog Isky passed away [kidney failure] and I had a heart attack so...here's to a better year!

Willys related: my friend Ken Baker had just gotten his blue steel coupe back from having 3" Hilborn stack fuel injection installed on his 496BBC, Dave Rivera just purchased a red steel 40 from Jr. Patrick, Robert Fraga drove his yellow steel coupe and we all met up at our Friday Night Gathering in Concord, Ca. Pictures to follow,

Here's a couple of shots of my buddy Ken's Fuel Injection, in fact he's turning 77 today.
    Happy Birthday buddy!
Hilborn Injection w/3" stacks on his 496 BBC, steel coupe, runs great!

Little jobs [not worth mentioning but ya know I have to].
The wife had some engine turned aluminum sheeting left over from her garage sink project so...
    I had a piece of metal w/holes above the radiator that started to look bad;
using my caveman tools I cut and bent a piece and installed it, looks better.

My friend Brian usually powder coats his parts black in his [garage] oven.
Yesterday he tried "chrome powder coating" and it came out pretty good.
"If it don't go, chrome it," I know but the parts do look clean and it was inexpensive.

    Burger run yesterday...
10 of us [7 vehicles], met at our house then cruised up to the city of Clayton to an Italian Deli.
Felt good getting the cars out for a run, Burger runJan 21 2023.jpg Burger run Jan 21 2023 2 .jpg

Watching "Roadkill" on TV last night, they were visiting the Speedway Motors Museum in Lincoln Nebraska. Showing a cut-away of a blown injected 392 Hemi and I spotted Dave Hales Willys coupe in the background, attached,

I found a great deal on a Hilborn Fuel Injection intake manifold.
Just want to use it for garage art.
I got some 2" aluminum tubing and cut 'em up for stacks, then added some red balls.
    Just for kicks,
