Some liked it, some didn't. I can point to cars you probably like that I think have terrible styling. In either case, poor sales had to do with the recession. "You Auto Buy Now."
Greenbriars are nice, but hasn't anyone ever built a custom pickup starting with a Corvair sedan or wagon?
When I was a sophomore, our local muffler shop guy who we all worshipped bought his wife a red & white Lakewood wagon .. Douglass trombones, chrome wheels, cut front springs. Very nice family car until winter.
