Not the same vacc as being administered in USA. Relax. Go get immunized.

I'm not worried about it in the least, I want to know if they're requiring masks.

Hey all you Southern California guys, I just noticed that Pomona has cancelled again. I wanted to send out an invitation to all of you guys and gals to come and check out Swap-O-Rama in Tulare California May 1st. Parts for Hot Rod, C-10, Muscle Car, Low Rider, and just added "Pre-War Brass Era" vehicles (Formerly Bakersfield Swap Meet, HCC). Hope to see you here in Central California!

  10. I will be at the end of “ J “ and “ K “ rows
manning a tent for EFV-8 Foundation Museum and The MTFCA Museum in the prewar section.

I have attended The Bakersfield Swap Meet for the last several years - posting short videos on Instagram & Facebook & YouTube.

All (200) spaces for pre-war have sold out
and more row(s) are being added as vendors
    continue to express interest.

I've been to a couple swaps up there in the Central Valley (Selma, Stockton, Turlock) within the last 6 months and mask were worn by some, but not mandatory. There were way more people without masks than with them.

Masks are suggested to get in gate, we want everyone to be and feel safe. Also we are not the Mask-Police!:)

I am sure you can DM Jim about criteria within the swap.
I will be there buying and selling also having a great time with the folks I enjoy being around.
This is going to be an outstanding event I can feel it.

Do you know if you have any Rambler/AMC specific vendors for this event?

best be there early to buy - take lots of small bills - vendors can not always give change for twenties, 100's - then walk around take pics to share here

  25. BTW

I attended to report on the pre-war & early brass
vendors and attendees - this was heavily promoted
by myself and others on Facebook & Instagram
after the green light was given to Bill Bennett
who presented the possibility of combining
the cancelled April Bakersfield Pre-War Swap Meet
    with the traditional event.

I was live streaming starting Friday morning
at dawn - about four of us got in line
near the grassy picnic area in front
if the main Ag building on late Thursday afternoon.

Live streaming continue in the vendor set up line
that started forming early Friday morning.

The gates opened at 9:00 am Friday for all day
vendor set up - I live streamed on Friday.

I left the Ag building at 8:00 am this morning
to shower - the line to get in was over a mile
    long.

I did a few more live streams throughout today.

5000 attendees were expected - every vendor
    I talked to was pleased.

I listed a few pics of the recent May 1st Swap-O-Rama, it exceeded our expectations with the awesome vendors from California all over the country! We are gearing up for October 2nd, 2021, please feel to contact our office to request your space. We got some great compliments on the Swap-Meet from the car community, that means the world to us!
Thanks to all that attended and hope to see you in Tulare, California on Saturday October 2nd, 2021! (Move in on Friday October, 1st.)
