You still have to have at least ten posts to contact someone as KJRS said. That keeps the scammers from signing up to answer someone's parts request or in some cases keeps someone from signing up just to give someone on here a ration of crap because you said that their Ebay site was a back door outlet for Hoffman group selling their junk and someone told them about it.

That's like buying liquor for an underage kid.
If we did like you say for everyone who doesn't comply with the 10 post rule, it would be never ending.

Actually you need to post an introduction thread and then contribute to the HAMB community in the form of 10 postings.
This is stated in one of the stop sign posts in the classified board.

First, read the rules (all of them). Get involved and contribute to the community by posting. After you make 10 worthwhile posts, you will have the privilege of contacting others. And don't forget to read the Rules. Also, a little more info on your profile page never hurts.
