In my personal opinion, I don't think you should chop it. The three window has classic lines stock.

Me at about six years old in front of my dad's daily driver Deuce three window. He sold it for $90.00 around 1953. I've always wanted one but it looks like at this point I'll never be able to afford one.

I received this a 1/4 century ago I have just been collecting parts for it. Still don’t have them all, but getting there. She needs “A Whole Lotta Love”.
Sits in a 1936 era 1 stall. Someday............
