Went to my favorite salvage yard today. It was easier to see the cars this time of year. Been there dozens of times and never saw this one before. 1AAF9F0A-6A15-4EB5-A39B-D6565CA65E58.jpeg B394EBF0-B6AA-4FED-8B54-EAE5F4D3E60F.jpeg

Looks like the old gal had a hard life but you did a great job with her portrait in that side shot, Not often you can take a photo in a junk yard and have no junk in the background.

Was going to take a pic of the rear two doors .They really were not in too bad of shape but only took these two pictures. Not near Muscatine. Couldn’t really make out the signage.Just enough to make it cool ...I thought

That is so cool. My hope is some one rescue it. Lots of work but it could be something special.

I cant make out the top of the lettering but I think the lower part says Wellsburg IA (Iowa) which is in the middle of the state not far from me.

  10. Up here in the minneapolis/st paul area, we have a local news station WCCO. it looks like the first two letters i see are WC. looks like it could have been an old camera crew equipment van

Way cool prospective project. You don't see many of these.

  12. '41-'46 Chevy. Don't see many of them. All the parts you need are same as pickup.

I would if I were closer. I've dug stuff out of the ground that most people would leave there and hauled things home from the middle of nowhere. I save all that I can
